One of my principles is the discovery of an area and the discovery in an area. In addition to the already existing ideas from previous experience of just living life a new idea takes form, in the shape of animations, installatons, drawings or public space art. Thoughts, emotions and other vague stuff, perfectly can find their way in these forms. As I discover space, which goes without control, unstable, but with spontaneity and uncertainty, I start photographing or filming it. The genesis of the ideas in the areas shall comply with my own logic. It takes some time that the logic goes and turns back making sense to me. My work is often about the 'rest' space, not appointing the subject itself, but that what happens around. I feel the echo of the things and make work of what co-exists alongside the more concrete. The umbrella covering this approach of working is actually about living in the now. Living and sensing the present, more intensely. There are exercises to that, but also there is art to that. When art makes me intensely live the now, for me the art is a huge success. I also would like accomplish that in my own (interactive) art.
